GET IT LOUD in Lancaster! Library project faces four rivals in national award final

The Love Libraries award moves towards an exciting climax today with Lancaster Library’s Get it Loud project facing four rivals in a public vote to decide the winner. The award celebrates the work libraries do with young people and attracted 48 nominations from across England.

Hundreds of archives across the UK are throwing open their doors and inviting everyone in to take part in some fantastic events and discover a little bit of their own history.
