Kirsty Hall, Learning Officer, Wigan Pier and Hannah Crowdy, Keeper of Local and Social History, Grosvenor Museum will both discuss their experiences in running reminiscence sessions.
Dianne Teskey, Learning & Outreach Officer, Wigan Heritage Services will talk about using Archives in reminiscence work.
Janice McGiveron, Project Worker for Wigan’s Dementia Care Service will look at work done recently with dementia sufferers.
There will also be a chance to look at the reminiscence boxes assembled by Wigan Heritage Services.
